The Sciroppo mill has three different processing lines, all continuous:
A semi-traditional system with stone mills, which produces a sweet and harmonious oil.
A modern system with disc crushers, which yields oil with a bold taste and a bright green color.
A modern system with closed malaxation technology and two-phase decanters, which results in a sweet and full-bodied oil with an intense aroma.
