From the knowledge passed down through generations and thanks to new insights, Mastro Michele oil is born, a tribute to the olive master Michele Sciroppo.

Predominantly produced from the Peranzana variety, the oil has a bright green color, an herbaceous aroma, and a fruity flavor. The slightly spicy aftertaste, typical of the Peranzana culture, makes it a unique product in terms of quality and appeal.

Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Two flavored varieties of our extra virgin olive oil, obtained by crushing Peranzana olives with different aromas/spices.

Lemon-flavored: very intense and fresh aroma; ideal for fish-based dishes, boiled vegetables, and grilled meat.

Chili-flavored: coppery reflections, bold flavor for discerning palates that enjoy spicy tastes; also great on legume soups.

Flavored extra virgin olive oil is available in the following formats:

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Obtained from indigenous “Peranzana” olives cultivated in the Daunia region of San Severo, Puglia’s olive heartland, our EVO oil presents a green color, a fruity flavor, and hints of grass and green tomatoes.

Accredited by SUOLO E SALUTE, a control and certification body for agri-food and the environment, it is a product with great dietary and gastronomic potential.
