Obtained by the autochthon Peranzana variety harvested in San Severo, in the oil land of Apulia, the Biologic Olive Oil is green, with a fruity taste and vegetable scents like grass and green tomatoes. Confirmed by SUOLO E SALUTE (a Control and Certification Body), it shows high diet and gastronomic potentialities. It can be used to cook every kind of dishes, traditional food and grilled fish. It is also perfect to be tasted raw.
